This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use NGMP — Neo Geo Market Prices ("the site") and how to exercise your rights. The site is designed to process as little data as possible: it has no accounts, forms, analytics, advertising, cookies or tracking.

Controller
The controller is the owner of the site, who can be contacted at ngmp.support@gmail.com for any privacy matter.
Data about visitors
- Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare, which processes the IP address and the technical data of each request (date, page and browser) to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse. The site runs no code of its own on the server and does not look at visit logs.
- eBay photos: listing images load from eBay's servers (i.ebayimg.com), so your browser sends them your IP address. The site tells the browser not to send the address of the page you came from (referrer). eBay processes that data under its own privacy policy.
- Links to eBay: following a listing link takes you to eBay's site, with its own terms and privacy policy.
Listing data
To work out prices, the site automatically collects public sold listings from eBay Spain: title, price, date, photo and link.
The internal records of those listings also include the seller's public eBay username and feedback figures, as published by eBay. They are never shown on the site and are kept only to review and reprocess the classification.
If you are a seller and want your data deleted, write to ngmp.support@gmail.com.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed to provide and protect the site and to produce the price information, based on the owner's legitimate interest (article 6.1.f of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) in offering public market information freely and securely. No automated decisions are made about people and no profiles are built.
Recipients and international transfers
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and delivery of the site.
- Neon: listing database, hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt).
- Apify Technologies s.r.o. (Czech Republic): automated collection of the public listings.
- GitHub, Inc.: private hosting of the code and of copies of the listing data, and running the automated tasks.
Some of these providers are established in the United States or may process data there; those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission standard contractual clauses. No data is sold or passed on to third parties.
Retention
- Technical visit data is kept by Cloudflare for its own periods; the site keeps no visit logs.
- Listing data is kept while the site is active or until its deletion is requested.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to ngmp.support@gmail.com. You will get an answer within one month (article 12.3 GDPR). If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and local storage
Public pages set no cookies and use no browser local storage, so no consent notice is shown. If this changes (for example, when adding advertising), this policy will be updated beforehand and consent will be requested where required.
Changes and language
This policy may be updated; the version in force is the one published here with its last-updated date. In case of discrepancy between languages the Spanish version prevails.
