This notice governs access to and use of NGMP — Neo Geo Market Prices ("the site"). By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, do not use it.

Owner and contact
The site is a personal, free, informational and non-profit project, with no economic activity or advertising. Its owner ("the owner") only handles communications sent to ngmp.support@gmail.com.
The owner is not obliged to answer enquiries that are not legal in nature, such as requests for appraisals or questions about specific items.
Purpose of the site
The site shows past sale prices of Neo Geo AES games sold on eBay Spain, collected and classified automatically from public sold listings. It does not sell, broker or recommend any item and has no relation with eBay or SNK.
Accuracy of the data
- Prices come from the automated collection and classification of public sold listings on eBay Spain.
- The owner does not guarantee that the data is correct, complete or up to date: listings may be misclassified (game, region or condition) and some sold items may not be collected at all.
- When incongruent data is detected it will be deleted or updated, with no committed timeframe.
- The information is for guidance only: it is not an appraisal, a valuation or financial or investment advice. Prices are past sales, not offers or predictions.
- For "Best Offer accepted" sales eBay does not publish the final price: the site shows the asking price and leaves them out of medians.
Terms of use
- Access is free and needs no registration.
- You must use the site lawfully and without interfering with its operation, for example through attacks or massive automated use that overloads it.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose. Using the site creates no contract or service level between the owner and its users.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is not liable for decisions, purchases, sales, losses or damages, direct or indirect (including lost profit), based on the data of the site or on its unavailability.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the non-waivable rights granted by consumer protection law.
Third-party content and links
Listing titles, photos and pages belong to eBay and its sellers, who are responsible for them. Photos are shown linked from eBay servers (i.ebayimg.com); the site does not store them.
Under article 17 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner is not liable for linked content without actual knowledge of its illegality; once aware, the owner will act diligently to remove the link.
Intellectual and industrial property
Neo Geo, AES, SNK and eBay are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the items (nominative use), without implying any relation, sponsorship or endorsement.
The site's texts, data selection and design belong to the owner, who reserves all rights, except as stated below.
The site's source code is distributed under the MIT license, which covers the code only: it does not include listing data, photos, third-party trademarks or the site's texts.
Removal of content
If you believe any content infringes your rights or is wrong, write to ngmp.support@gmail.com explaining why. Well-founded requests will be handled by removing or correcting the content, with no committed timeframe except those set by law (for example, one month for data protection requests).
Changes, suspension and closure
The owner may change, suspend or close the site, its data or this notice at any time, without notice and without compensation. The version in force at any time, identified by its last-updated date, applies.
Severability
If any clause is held void or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of this notice will remain valid.
Language, governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is published in Spanish and English; in case of discrepancy the Spanish version prevails.
It is governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction by law; if you are a consumer, those of your place of residence.
